HRI Foundation

HRI is a Human Resources management Association (www.hrinindia.org). HRI is promoted by HRI Foundation a non profit organisation for and by the HR practitioners in India. It comprises of professionals from Industry, Consulting and Academia. HRI is devoted to the development of professionalism in the HR field through sharing of knowledge and experiences.

HRI is part of HRDGateway (www.hrdgateway.org) has more than 12500 members spread all over Asia including India. HRI is the only group of HR professionals chosen by HRDG representing Indian HR professionals globally. The success of HRinIndia lies in the able hands of its knowledgeable HR members community who are actively involved in the furtherance of professional networking and knowledge sharing. 

HRinIndia is a Online Network for the HR community having interest in knowing the current trends and developments in the Human Resources Management with specific focus on India ! The group started in the year 2001 has been involved in putting together many of the National and International HR Conferences in India.  We work closely with the other professional bodies like - Nasscom, CII, NHRD, NIPM and other bodies in the pursuit of professional excellence.

HRinIndia has conducted HR conferences at the Bangalore IT.in the Indias Biggest IT show for the years 2005 and 2006.  These HR conferences had a galaxy of CEO / HR speakers which were well attended.  They were greatly appreciated for the high quality content and the rich experiences for networking.
